1.4 Sensitive Personal Information

We do not intentionally collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or genetic data. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some of our analytics and advertising activities may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under certain U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA). You can opt out as described in Section 5.

4. Your Privacy Rights Under U.S. State Laws

4.2 Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MTCDPA), and other state residents with similar laws

Residents of states with consumer-privacy laws have rights similar to the California rights above, including the right to access, correct, delete, opt out of targeted advertising, and (in some states) opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in profiling that produces such effects.
