Where We Ship

Primenia currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) or internationally.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods, Carriers & Delivery Times

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and order weight. Estimated transit times below are after processing and are not guaranteed by the carriers.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take an additional 3–7 business days.

Free Shipping

All orders of 2 bottles or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Primenia account.

Shipping From

All orders ship from our fulfillment facility located in the United States. Primenia products are manufactured in the USA in cGMP-compliant (current Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Risk of Loss

In accordance with U.S. federal regulations (16 C.F.R. § 435 — the FTC "Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule"), title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We will help you with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments as described in our Refund Policy.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@primenia.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@primenia.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
