Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Primenia, we stand behind every bottle. If you do not experience noticeable improvements within 90 days of receiving your order, simply contact us for a full refund of the product purchase price β no questions asked, and no return required for opened bottles.

How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at hello@primenia.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief reason for the refund (it helps us improve, but isn't required).
- Our team will respond within one (1) business day with next steps.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1β3 business days on our end. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5β10 business days to display the credit.
What's Eligible
- All Primenia supplements purchased directly from primenia.com
- Both opened and unopened bottles within the 90-day window
- One-time purchases
What's Not Eligible
- Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers (we sell exclusively through our own website)
- Products purchased more than 90 days ago
- Original outbound shipping fees, where applicable (refunds cover the product purchase price)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@primenia.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photos showing the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act Notice
This guarantee is offered voluntarily by Primenia in addition to any rights you may have under federal and state law. This guarantee does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. Β§ 2301 et seq.) or any applicable state implied-warranty laws.
